Yesterday you were able to learn about the process of weathering. Today you will review weathering and learn about erosion. Did you know that people have increased the rate of erosion on the earth. This happens through farming, ranching, cutting down forests, and the building of roads and cities. Human activity has caused about one million acres of topsoil to erode each year. There are other things that cause erosion and you will understand what erosion is during this lesson. The rap from yesterday was an introduction to this topic. Songs and raps are great ways to learn about information! You will begin today’s lesson with another song about the topics we will learn about this week. Get ready to sing or rap along and learn! Spend another 30 minutes today to learn about something new . DIRECTIONS: Look at the pictures and answer the questions. You can down load a copy.
